2 With the ERM12 external receiver (not included), the M12 remote can work with the gate openers of third party. The control board of the third party opener should offer DC 9-24V and has the terminals for “push button”, then the ERM12 receiver (not included) can be properly connected.
3 Easy to program and easy to change the battery. This remote control is powered by standard type long service life lithium cell CR2025 3V (included). NOT waterproof.
4 If signal interruption does not exist, one remote can operate countless gate openers simultaneously within the remote range. Generally, one M12 remote can operate 4 swing gate openers separately. All the sliding gate openers have midway mode. Button B is designed to realize midway function (refer to more details in our sliding gate opener manual). So button A must be programmed with sliding gate opener, while you may program either C button or D button with swing opener.
